Social Justice

Social justice is what guides our Fellowship

We are laser focused on the food insecure on the Peninsula. We do this with volunteers and money.

  • We support the Paul’s Episcopal Church on the 3rd Friday of each month with fresh, nutritious meals.
  • We share half the money collected at the second Sunday service with the Peninsula Foodbank.
  • Twice a year, our volunteers run a PORT site to provide a safe place for the homeless seeking shelter from the cold and hot meals.

We have furnished bus rides to Washington, DC to participate in the Women’s March as well as the March for Our Lives against gun violence.

The UU Fellowship is a major supporter of Planned Parenthood because of our concern for the availability of affordable quality healthcare that they provide.

Our flagship of Social Justice is LINK, the Living Interfaith Network and the amazing work they do.
