A chance to find out what Big History is all about! Big History has eight thresholds.
We will study the first thee thresholds in the unit “The Universe.” The
thresholds are: The Big Bang; The Stars Light Up; and New Chemical Elements.
Big History examines our past, explains our present, and imagines our future. It’s a story about us. This growing, multi-disciplinary approach is designed for anyone seeking answers to the big questions about the history of our Universe.
Tuesday evenings 6:30 to 8:00 on Oct 13, 27 and Nov 10, 24; office building. A small fee $10 for the series or $3 per class meeting with scholarships available.
