Giving the Gift of Life

As one of the facilitators for the previous Fellowship Circle that met on Tuesday evenings, I would like to thank all those who gave blood — or attempted to donate — at the recent Red Cross Blood Drive that the Circle sponsored.

Our goal was thirty pints and we got thirty-one, so we exceeded our goal!

Several of our teens helped with the canteen and we appreciate the time they put in.  Thanks also go to the members of the Circle, who helped with the arrangements, reservations, signage and greetings: Jackie Wilson, Parker Stokes, Pam Luke and Helene Drees.  My appreciation goes to each of you.

One Response to Giving the Gift of Life

  1. Way to go Nan and crew. How many years has this been a September event? Where there any folks from “outside” of the Fp? -Mason
