Helping Our Street Sign Stand Out

Stewardship is…
taking care of something one does not own individually
but which is shared with a community.

Most weeks for many months now, Bobbie and Roy Schilling have been sorting through plastic letters, setting up a ladder and changing the words on our Warwick Boulevard sign.  They have been an important part of our outreach to our neighborhood — we know that some of our visitors do indeed decide to check out our Sunday services because they have seen our sign!  We owe thanks to Roy and Bobbie for being good stewards of our community!

If you would like to help with changing the sign on those occasions when Bobbie and Roy might not be available, please contact Mary-Elizabeth Cotton, Fellowship Administrator, by e-mail at or by telephone at (757) 969-3452.  For safety reasons, the sign is changed by teams of (at least) two people.
